At ReGrow, we believe that when farmers thrive, nations flourish. And behind everything we do is a team of people who care deeply about making that belief a reality.
We’re a small, ambitious team working at the intersection of agriculture, innovation and impact. Our work takes us from farms and communities across Israel to research institutes, partners and projects around the world bringing together the right people, knowledge and ideas to solve real challenges.
Working at ReGrow means being hands-on. It means being willing to think big, roll up your sleeves, ask questions and occasionally figure things out as we go. We move quickly, work collaboratively and give people the space to take ownership of their work.
Most importantly, we care about what we do and we’re looking for people who do too.
