The Innovation Journey is a special program which matches Israeli startups
with partners in Sub-Saharan African countries in order to improve the productivity, resilience, output quality, market access, and economic growth of smallholder farmers. This program paves the way for Israeli startups and companies to enter the large agricultural market and make their impact.
As an advisor for the 2021 and 2023 Innovation Journey, we designed bespoke partnership and financing strategies for participants: helping to ensure that these promising initiatives can secure the buy-in and financial backing required to be implemented and yield significant benefits for all those involved.
The Innovation Journey was led and implemented by the TOV program. It was initiated and funded by JDC and the Israeli Ministry of Economy and Industry and implemented in partnership with Nura Global Innovation Lab as content partner.
